We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use GoalSim for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using automated means.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as goals or choices). You grant GoalSim a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe on the rights of others.

AI-Generated Content

GoalSim uses AI to generate narratives and choices. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fictional. They are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

Credits and Purchases

• Some features require credits, which may be free or purchased.
• Daily credits reset on a periodic basis; purchased credits do not expire.
• Purchases are final except where required by law. If you are located in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive. You may waive this right when you begin using purchased credits before the withdrawal period expires.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payments, or AI processing. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to GoalSim if you violate these terms or engage in harmful or abusive behavior. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
