• Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or enforceable governmental requests.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or updating your preferences in the app. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

How We Share Information

• Service providers that help us operate the app (hosting, analytics, AI processing, and payments) under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or compliance purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records). Usage logs and analytics data are retained in aggregate, anonymized form and are not linked back to individual users after account deletion.

• Automated decision-making — GoalSim uses AI to generate gameplay narratives and choices. These outputs are for entertainment only and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects. You may contact us if you have concerns about how AI-generated content uses your data.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
